Police Report

A police report was filed concerning myself as Stalking. I was called by the local police and questioned. Nothing happened. Can I request a copy of the report that was filed by this person with the police ?

When they arrest you, and you are arraigned in court, they will give the report to your lawyer. Do not again submit to questioning. Don't contact the police.
