No, and if you're asking the question, you are apparently talking to police without an attorney to advise you to exercise your 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP. Get one before you convict yourself while 'being helpful', if you haven't already. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.

I don't understand your question. A polygraph is not admissible evidence in court. However it may be used as persuasive corroborating evidence. Some agencies may require it (mandatory) as a condition of employment e.g. CIA
