How many grams of crystal meth, must a person be carrying to be considered a felony? And once a felony what would be the consequences for a first time offender with no priors at all.

Re: Possesion of Crystal Meth
Any amount constitutes a felony. Have enough quantity and it becomes a "possession for sale" charge as well. The consequences for possession are substantial prison time unless your attorney is able to get a 'deal' for less, or could get you drug diversion. Feel free to contact me if interested.
