possession of a controled substance case from 1998

I want to file for a early termination of probation for a charge I have recieved in November of 1998. This is hindering me from obtaining any substancial employment. I discovered these steps: File a PC 1203.3 petition to have probation terminated early. File a PC 17(b) petition to get felony reduced, and PC 1203.4 petition for expungement. Where would I find these forms? Can they be accessed online?

To my knowledge there are no standard forms for this procedure. However, the probation department may have a form for this procedure. Check with the probation department if they do not have a form or procedure then you would have to retain an attorney to either prepare and file the motion or provide you with some direction and assistance.
