If a person is arrested twice for Possession of a controlled substance will they be looking at any jail time for this crime? Or will they be released and given prop 37?

Re: Possession of Controlled Substance Charges
A prior arrest for possession of a controlled substance does not make one ineligible for prop. 36. Prop. 37 does not apply here.

Wishful thinking. You should be discussing your strategy, defenses, and potential jail time with competent counsel. Feel free to contact me if you decide to do so.
