Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
possession of marijuana
i just got a possession ticket in California, it was about a gram, so a ticket issues. And i'm wondering how this would effect my record. And how should I go abouts this in court? I have a clean record so far.

Re: possession of marijuana
Records are forever, and affect your employability, so deal with it intelligently. While the charge is a 'minor' one, you should have an attorney represent you to have a chance at obtaining a deal that would keep it off your record. If serious about trying to do so, feel free to contact me, if the case is in SoCal.
