should i post bail?
I was arrested for recieveing stolen property because the cops came into the room i was sleeping in and found a pillow slip with stolen checks and credit cards the room was'nt in my name and I had nothing on myself

If you post bail, that is money you could have spent on an attorney. Hire an attorney and have him try to get OR or reduced bail. If this is in SoCal and you're serious about hiring counsel, feel free to contact me. If you can't afford that, then wait for a public defender to be appointed at your first hearing.
