Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

pre-lim ???

ex went ballistic.. cops came. she is charged with: pc245(a)(1) spc f pc27305 & 3countsof pc273a(a) with 1203(e)(4) spec. alleg. she goes to court ends up w/conflict attorney instead of p.d. i get supenoed. what kinds of questions am i looking at having to answer? or what happens in a prelim??? i go on the 11th.. please answer prior. thank you.

If you are subpoenaed to testify at the prelim you will be asked questions about what happened when she went ballistic. There is no spousal privelege not to testify regarding her conduct referred to.
