Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I did prison time and want to know what I need to do in order to get a certificate of rehabilation from the state

To qualify, you must have at least five years continuous residency in CA after release from prison, PLUS at least four more years, or more depending upon the conviction charges, all of them without further criminal problems. If you have at least nine years since release, feel free to contact me to discuss the process and costs of doing so.
