Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Probation almost over

I have a drug possestion case and i never completed the terms of my probation. My probation was three years long and is almost over and i have no warrent or anything. (the case is about 3 years old) My question is if the judgement is orderd withhed, what happens to the plantif if the amount of time given for probation runs out and the terms are not yet completed. Will i get sent directly to jail or will it just go away?

Re: Probation almost over

"Just go away?" Yeah, right. If you don't complete all terms, there will be an arrest warrant for probation violation, with re-imposition of the original sentence that was suspended -- meaning jail time. Go to court yourself voluntarily, or better- get an attorney to appear for you, to try to negotiate a deal that would allow you to do what you promised and get probation extended to allow that. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing this right, if the case is in SoCal.
