probation
I did not finish dui probation in California is there any way California courts can the court just anull the arrest warrant if any..?

Well, you can wish for anything. What legal and factual grounds do you have to convince the court and DA to do so? Just 'because' you want it and don't want to suffer the natural consequences of your behavior and choices and disrespect of the court's orders? Courts don't much like people ignoring court orders, like your probation terms. That's why they issued an arrest warrant.
Now, on a realistic level, you'll have to appear in that court, preferably with an attorney to show the judge you take this seriously, and have the attorney try to negotiate a 'deal' for you that keeps you out of jail on contempt, in return for payment of fines and penalties, and an extension of your probation.
