Re: Probation Hearing
Hire an attorney to put you on the court calendar and appear for you so you can hopefully clear up the outstanding warrant situation without you having to be physcially present. You will also have to calendar a date for that probation hearing you missed.
If you would like to discuss this further feel free to contact me. Best of luck.

Agree with attorney Koken. Probably you will get responses from attorneys up and down the state. Depending on where your case is, call one of us. Shouldn't be too expensive.
Re: Probation Hearing
You face potential revocation of probation and resentencing to the balance of your conviction terms. However, if you and your attorney can convince the judge this was not intentional, it may be possible to avoid punishment. If this was a felony, you have to turn yourself in and appear in court to handle this. If it was a misdemeanor, your attorney can appear for you. If this is in SoCal courts, and if you're serious about getting legal help, feel free to contact me.
Re: Probation Hearing
It is impossible to tell you exactly what you are facing without knowing more facts; specifically, why probation violation proceedings were initiated against you or whether you have a good excuse for failure to appear on the designated date. Also important is the location where your case took place. If you have the means to do so, you should hire a lawyer to investigate and resolve the situation which is always better than dealing with the matter yourself.
The sooner you deal with the situation the better. Also, chances are you will need to appear in court although it is not a foregone conclusion. A lawyer could prepare the ground for a resolution prior to your having to make any appearance.
Hope this helps,
