No. And, if they're not paid on time, you'll have an arrest warrant outstanding for you.

Your probation would no doubt be extended but, eventually, yes you would be able to get off even without paying fines because there are statutory limits on how long you can be on probation both in misdemeanor and felony cases. Your fines would simply go to collections. That said, paying early would result in timely, perhaps even early termination of your probation. Also, if you do not pay the fines you will have problems expunging your conviction later.
