Probation revocation hearing Is IT possible to Have sentence reduced From the original. I was charged with a felony possesion for a Tylenol with codeine IT was reduced to a misdemeanor but the sentence of 90 days stayed the same ,now with new judge i Have probation revocation hearing.

While anything is possible, you'll have to file your Motion to be heard at the same time as the revocation hearing, and convincingly argue legal and factual 'good cause' for such a decision. You would be well advised to have competent counsel do that on your behalf, to have any chance of success.
