Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
What happens if my probation term ends, but I still haven\'t paid my fees and prob won\'t be able to? I know everything in this country is about making money, but can they extend my probation because I didn\'t pay their fees?

IF you go back to court before the due date, and request more time, you might get it. If you simply ignore it and don\'t go back to court, the court will issue an arrest warrant for failure to appear or failure to pay.
