Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
probation violation
I have been on probation for awhile know one of my count was petty theft and my count two was posession of an illegal substance. After completing my program the judge dismissed my drug charge and kept me on probation for petty theft he told me that i no longer had to test and know my po is violating me for not checking in for testing . I dont know what to do

What to do? Appear in court on the PV charges and defend yourself with the available facts and evidence. You'll need counsel to do so effectively.
