Re: probation violation

You should go to court as soon as you possibly can, and be prepared to explain why you didn't show up the other day. The longer it takes, the better the chances are the the warrant which will soon be issued for your arrest for failing to appear will catch up with you. It is far better to go to court voluntarily than to be brought into court while in custody. Though you are in violation of your probation for failing to do the classes, you've just made it worse by failing to appear. A good lawyer may be able to save you from a lengthy jail sentence. Re: probation violation

pack your toothbrush, as the court is not going to be happy with your failure to complete an ordered program or show up in court as ordered. You must try to convince the court to let you have additional time, with a real good reason why you didn't do what you were supposed to.
