Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have a problem I was ticketed for a 647f I was at a bar and had a drink then someone offered to buy me another one. However when I started to drink the second one I started to get heart palpitations and started to feel very hot and very difficult to breath. I was almost in instant panic mode I saw the man leave the club and started to head down the street after he turned I had lost him trying to locate the man another man tried to stop me from walking past him I guess he was a bouncer? I couldn't understand why he was running interfaces for the other guy ??even though I had lost him I was only about a block away from my home he just would not let me bye. So I then tried to go to the manager of the bar he again stopped me I was floured at his abuse of his job I also was struck by this man in a manner that really hurt as I tried again he was even more brutal I was really panic and the third time I tried to put something in between the man and I then he just went ape on me so I just gave up and the next thing I know is the cop's getting their and taken me to jail I was so broken up I had to be transported to the hospital all though they let me sit like that until I couldn't even get out of the bunk to go to court he never ounce even read me my rights or for that matter took any statements or offered any medical care please help
