Process of Sealing a Record

My brother has a record and all has been handled and now he would like to expundge & or seal his record so he can have a clean slate from here on out. How would he go about handling this within a timely fashion?

Depends upon his record whether it can be expunged. Some convictions can, others can't. If he was sentenced to any prison time, even if not served, there is no expungment of that conviction. There is no expungment of many domestic abuse and sex crimes, nor for DUI. If he thinks he qualifies, by having successfully completed all terms of probation with no further problems, have him contact me to discuss the procedure and costs.
