Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have PROOF that a police report filed against me was done by the accuser NOT using their REAL name or as a D.B.A. Can I just go back to the police with this proof or should I consult an attorney since the accuser has already committed a crime, or would the D.A. be my counsel ?
( I would have to take this to the police anyway since a crime against me was committed in the first place)

If you actually have credible evidence, show it to the investigating police, with an attorney since you are a suspect and subject to 'everything you say can be used against you'. Your idea of proof, or what you say, may carry self incriminating evidence.
No, the DA is not your attorney, he represents the police.
