Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Prop 36 in CA

I am currently enrolled in the prop 36 program and I am about half way through it successfully but just recently my Mom had a stroke and she lives in New Mexico and doesn't have anyone else to take care of here is there anyway they can transfer my prop 36 to N.M? My suspended sentence is 2 years so I don't want to risk going to jail on the other hand if my Mom doesn't make it through this I don't know what I would do. You would need a court order approving your motion for modification of probation. If serious about seeking one, knowing that there are no assurances about success, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
