Arrest and charges on the Prop 36 and probation violation[s] with potential revocation of program / probation and return to prison on the original felony sentence, plus you have a 'Strike' [your felony] with mandatory enhancement of the penalties on the new charges. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting counsel to help you try to minimize the damage you caused yourself.

Most likely, you will need to deal with the Orange County situation quickly and effectively. Perhaps the ticket can be beaten. If not, then most likely the Los Angeles court will learn about your new violation and you will need to fact probation violation proceedings there.

If your felony probation is only for your Prop 36 drug related offense, depending upon how many violations you already had, chances are you could be quickly reinstated because the OC case is related to personal use and possession of drugs.

This situation should be handled by a skilled and effective attorney who would know how to navigate through this situation with the least amount of damage. Feel free to contact my office if interested in obtaining representation.
