I am on prop 36 for possession when I get deleted will I go to jail or get another drug program?

If you fall off Prop. 36, generally, you will be looking at jail time. That said, often you can get several shots (often more than 3) at staying on Prop 36 if your violations are due to not showing up for treatment or testing dirty.

If you are serious about staying in and completing Prop 36, I recommend you retain an effective lawyer.
