Is it possible for the public defender to enter a plea for a defendant without the defendents knowlegde nor consent?

Anything is 'possible' in this world, but 'proper' that is not. If it really happened to you, and you are 'harmed' by the action, disclose it to the court asap. You should promptly report it to the PD office as well.
