Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Public Intoxication
If I was arrested under P.C. 647(f) public intoxication and held overnight, Can it show up on records requested by employers? Is it considered a criminal record? There are no further proceedings and I do not have to appear in court.

Re: Public Intoxication
