Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
publishing photos
I found pictures and information about my 5 year old son on a web page. I did not aprove, I asked them to remove everything involving my son from the web page, they did not.
Is it legal for some one to put pictures and information about my son on a web page without my consent? I feel this puts my son in danger, is there anything I can do about it?

Re: publishing photos
contact the police, DA, attorney general, etc, to file your Complaint. If it is child pornography, they should take criminal action. You could hire an attorney to take civil action if you know, or can find out, who actually runs the web site, where they are, and if they are 'reachable' with a lawsuit. Contact me if interested.
