contact the probation department in the county where the conviction occurred and request a form to have the charges expunged. submitting the completed form with the required fee should result in the convicition being expunged.

An attorney can file the motion and application to the court, explaining the circumstances. If you have had no further arrests after fully completing any probation, plus at least another year beyond that, there is a chance for expungment. You then could say on job applications and insurance, etc., that you have never been convicted. Contact me if interested.
