Advice? Stop behaving immorally. Take responsibility for his actions. Seek out new parents willing to ethically raise him. And, oh yeah, hire a competent attorney to help him try to stay out of prison.

Hire sophisticated counsel yesterday if not sooner....these cases can and do have lifetime ramifications.

There is only one advice - hire a very good lawyer. This offense has potentially very serious consequences such as prison time, lifetime registration as sex offender and, perhaps worst of all, listing on the Megan's Law Website.

Feel free to contact me for additional consultation, if you are interested in retaining a lawyer in Southern California.
