Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

One more question it might kind of dumb but here it goes. On the toxicoligy paper it has my name missed spelled can i go in to court and say that i dont know who that is thats not my name.

Nice try but no. Clerical errors like that won't save you automatically. Could it be an issue? Depends on ALL the facts.

You need a good criminal defense attorney. I'd strongly suggest you find someone who focuses on criminal law and who routinely practices in the court where this case will be heard.

I'll bet it has the correct case number on it. As with Mr. Dane, I recommend you hire an experienced defense attorney that actually knows what to do in your defense.
