"clear" the record? Records are forever. You clean them up by passage of time without further problem, like you've done proving yourself to be changed. It is the pattern of conduct you can, and have, changed.

Some felonies and most misdemeanors can be 'expunged', meaning the conviction reversed, so you can say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications. However, no expungement is possible on convictions with any prison time sentenced, or for charges like domestic violence, sex crimes, DUI. Thus, your prison time convictions can't be expunged, others might be. Contact me if you want to try to expunge some of the non-prison ones, if that would help.

Yes,

You can get a pardon. You can expunge cases for which you did not go to prison. But there are direct pardons available for people exactly like you, who paid their debt to society and should no longer suffer the disabilities of the conviction. Go to my website and read the page on post-conviction relief. It has lots of do-it-yourself tips for you, and more information than I can fit here. Let me know if I can assist you.

Best of luck,
