Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Questioning
The police want me to come in for some questioning..Do I have to come in?...If I made an appointment with them do i hAve to keep it? Or should i Call them and til them I am seeking Legal consoltation first....

Have you never seen a TV cop show or movie where people are warned not to talk to police without their attorney, and why? The police are trying to get evidence to convict you. Why should you cooperate in doing so? Get an attorney and follow his advice. Feel free to contact me if serious about this, and if the case is in SoCal.
