Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

questions

1. If a person has committed a crime while in the United States and left the country, will he or she able to reenter the States?

2. What will be the consequences of it?

3. How long will the person's crime record stay in the data base?

4. Will the person get arrested once he or she enters the airport of at the border?

2. How would I know since you haven't said what crime you committed.

3. Depends.

4. If they are looking for you and there is an arrest warrant and it is a serious crime, maybe.

If there is an arrest warrant for the charges, or for a failure to appear in court, you'll be arrested, taken into custody, and transported to the charging court upon trying to enter, return, or having contact with any law enforcement in the US. You might be able to bail out after that arrest, but it won't be cheap bail.
