Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have received the response from CAL DOJ and it says "DISPO: PROS REL-DET ONLY-VIC UNAV/DECLINE TEST"

1. Does it impact my future employment?

2. Does it appear in employment verification report?

2. What should i do to completely seal and destroy my detention/arrest record?

Whatever you see on your record, anyone else sees when they check. What they do with it is up to them.

Unless you know how to prepare, support and argue an appropriate Motion to that court, you probably should hire an experienced local attorney to represent you in this and at least advise advise whether such Motion might be successful in your situation.
