Receiving stolen property
I was in possession of inactive/expired credit cards not in my name. Did I commit a crime?

If you've been charged with the crime, the answer to your question will come from the judge's ruling on various appropriate suppression motions and/or the outcome of the trial. Hire an attorney to help make the outcome what you want.
