I have recently been charged with CA PC 4571. What is the likely punishable imprisonment and or fines for that crime?

4571 is a felony with at least a year in prison potential. "Likely" is not something anyone can predict now. The answer will come as a result of plea bargaining with the DA and judge, or from the judge in sentencing upon your conviction at trial.
