4571 is a felony with at least a year in prison potential. "Likely" is not something anyone can predict now. The answer will come as a result of plea bargaining with the DA and judge, or from the judge in sentencing upon your conviction at trial. It will be 'enhanced' or at least influenced by any 'strikes', priors and other background on your rap sheet, the facts and evidence on this charge, etc. Now, if serious about hiring counsel to represent you in this, feel free to contact me.
