Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I recently was cited for a paraphernalia. what the police officer found was a rubber tube tube in my back pack. he said it looked like it was used to smoked meth. I have been arrested for Possession of meth but I completed my program and had the case didmissed. ive been clean ans have not used since May 17 2010. I did not know I had the rubber tube in my back pack. im not sure how it got there .the person driving the car also was cited for a meth pipe. and syringe which I did not know she had.my back pack had been in the trunk of the car all day. so what I'm.asking is what am I looking at when I go to court? im not on probation or parole.
