The answer depends on what you are trying to obtain. If you don't mind a conviction for a crime of soliciting on your record for the rest of your life, go into court and plead guilty. If you want to try to obtain the best possible resolution, knowing there are no guarantees, hire a very good criminal defense attorney NOW. I wish you well .....David Wallin

Get a lawyer. You don't want this on your record, and there may be ways to either beat the charges or get a plea bargain involving a less scandalous charge. A lawyer will know how to pursue these goals for you.

Good luck.

Plead guilty if you want a criminal record, that will affect you forever.

An attorney may be able to get you a better 'deal' than that. If serious about hiring counsel, feel free to contact me.
