Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Getting a record expunged
How do you have a felony conviction expunged from your record? There were mitigating circumstances involving a reaction to a narcotic prescribed by a doctor for a condition that was misdiagnosed.
The record needs to be cleared in order for this person to gain employment. All of the terms of the probation agreement have been met.

Re: Getting a record expunged
SOME felonies can be expunged; the record will never be 'cleared'. Depends upon the code sections convicted on. No expungment is available if prison time was served or even ordered and suspended; nor for most domestic violence or sex based charges. If you still think you qualify, contact me to discuss the case and costs of doing so.
