Record Exspoungement
I was 11 and I was convicted ofn a sex crime.Now at age 38 and no other trouble ever in my lifetime I would Like to Seal my Record & not have to adhere to all reguirements as it was a wrongful conviction in the first place and these regirements cause alot of problems for me and my attempt to live life as normal as possibly ????????????????

If the case is in CA, then juvenile records may be sealed and/or destroyed, subject to the terms of the sentencing order [if it placed special requirements on you]. It will require a Motion to the court. Feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and options available.
