Re: Record Sponge

Do you mean expunge?

It depends on what the conviction was for, how long ago it was and if it was a felony, whether or not you went to prison.

Contact a local defense attorney to discuss the details of any relief that may be available to you.

Re: Record Sponge

Many convictions can be 'expunged' by motion to the court, but only if there was no prison time sentenced, if it was not for certain sex and DV crimes, and if you completed all terms of probation. Expungement allows you to say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
