looking for case law where felony cultivation-sales-posession for 67 littles plants- and they confiscated 5 registered weapons, need to fing charges that were reduced or acquitted without use of prop 215 and how to get the registered guns back

IF your request is to expunge or reduce convictions already entered [your posting is not clear], there are motions that can be brought to do that. Under those conditions, it would likely be too late to seek return of the guns.
