How long after you are convicted of a felony until you can have it reduced? What if you have two?

If it qualifies [no prison time sentenced or sex crimes] and you've successfully completed all terms of probation [or at least one year], then you can seek to expunge each felony by motions to the court. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.

Re: Reducing a Felony

Not all felonies can be reduced so you first must check whether your convictions would qualify. For example, if you did time in state prison as your sentence, you will not be able to reduce.

Generally, you can reduce at the end of a probationary period, if you have successfully completed your probation.

Each of the two convictions will need to be evaluated separately. It is possible you might be able to reduce one out of the two.

It seems to me you should have a lawyer evaluate your situation and advise you in more detail after learning more facts.
