regaining rights

When a convicted felon (welfare fruad) losses their rights to vote & bear-arms, how long after their time is served & parol has been overis it befor they can get these rights back? Assuming of course there has been no following crimes committed.

Re: regaining rights

Gun rights generally are lost for 10 years or for life. Voting rights have their own time bans. Both are subject to restoration by proper motions and a showing of facts and 'cause' sufficient to convince a judge to do so. Feel free to contact me if seriously interested in pursuing this.
