If I understand you, you had a conviction in California which you now would like to dismiss or expunge as it is commonly called. If that is the case, this can be done without your physical presence in California. We would need to discuss the details in person. Feel free to contact me as I do not charge for helping people by talking.

Yes I can expunge your conviction in a two step process. However I also need to know what was the charge you plead to, because some convictions can not be expunged, and if you were given probation, when did probation end, and did you fully satisfy the terms of your probation. e.g proof of paying restitution, completing anger management etc. If you need more information visit my website at www.casedismissed.us

Mr. Lentz is correct that you don't need to appear personally, but he may not be correct that "this can be done". Some felonies can be reduced to misdemeanors and then expunged, but others cannot. Without knowing what you were convicted of there is no way to say whether you can get it removed from your record.
Re: please help remove
Yes, we are able to expunge 'some' felonies, not all. Domestic violence, violence with weapons, and similar charges are generally not expungeable. You must have successfully completed all terms of probation. You can't have been sentenced to state prison time. If you think you qualify, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts, process, likelihood of success, and costs of doing so.
