please help remove

I need to know if my felony can get removed without me being present my felony happend in the state of california and i'm in georgia..please get back to me.........

Yes..it can be expunged. When did you complete your probation?

Yes, maybe. Depends on whether it can be expunged. Can't be done if prison time was sentenced or served, nor if it was for certain sex crimes or domestic violence or DUI's. All terms of probation must have been successfully completed. If you think you qualify, feel free to contact me to discuss getting the legal help you'll need. Expungement would allow you to say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications.
