how do i go about removing felonies from my record that i didnt get arrested for? that someone while i was incarcerated my name was used

If you are saying they show up against your name because someone used your ID, then you'll have to file appropriate motions with the court to 'correct' the records. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
