Many misdemeanors can be expunged; this sounds like one possible to do. Please contact me to discuss the charges and the process.

Re: removing misdemenor

Thank you for your posting, and the opportunity to advise you.

Beware of the term "removed". You can get a misdemeanor that was part of a juvenile record sealed, which prohibits anyone from obtaining your criminal record.

For adult misdemeanor crimes, you can obtain an expungement, which does not "remove" the crime from your record, but instead shows it as a dismissed case, instead of a conviction.

If you have any additional questions regarding the expungement process, or would like more information, feel free to email me, anytime, at [email protected] -- it's my pleasure to help out in any way that I can.

Re: removing misdemenor

Sounds like a misdemeanor charge which can be expunged with a PC 1203.4 petition.
