Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
What would be required to put someone in prison for a threat? My roomates sister is in prison for armed robbery and has 1 more strike before getting 25 to life and has threatened to "make everyone pay (talking about everyone in our household including myself) when she gets out" would this consitute a threat and would i be able to keep her in prison for it?

Making a terrorist threat is a felony and would keep her in prison at least for a while, if you can get the police interested.
