Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I reside in the state of CA and have taken out several on line and in office pay day loans. I want to know if I stop paying on these loans can I be sued or procuted? I do want to clear these loans, however, it getting very hard to pay my necessary monthly bills. What alternatives are there?

Pay or get sued, simple as that. Contact them and try to work out a payment plan.
