Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Responding to a TRO

I have been served with a TRO by a

neigbor who habitually lets his

violent pit bull out in the

neighborhood..It killed a cat last Dec.

and tried to do the same again a few

days ago. I approached the neigbor,

understandably upset, and screamed

at him that he is irresponsible etc...

He countered with a restraining

order and denied the dog got loose

when the Humane Society called on

his home,

How should I handle the response to

the TRO..

I did NOT threaten this man in any

way..He even states in TRO this to

be the case yet he filed.

Any suggestions?

Thank you very much

File your own TRO regarding the dog.

By filing properly prepared opposition and your own request for TRO on him and the dog. You're going to need to do it right to succeed. If you don't know how, hire counsel. You only get one shot at this.
